The one on right has the 1- 2 buttons for liquids and solids. I regretted it immediately after starting on the left.  Save the earth, use less water and all.

I take it you were never in the military ? ...in basic training the squad bay shitters were a line of like 8 toilets in a row with no partitions. Related fun fact, if you ever sent or received mail from a recruit in Marine Corps basic training, that letter was read or written while sitting on the communal commodes. Like shitting, correspondence  was something that only happened after lights out.

I don’t have as much of a problem with the toilet arrangement as I do with the fact that the blue tiles are smaller than the white tiles making exactly zero of the grout lines match up.
